ACS Products operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where they have a complete range of manufacturing departments. They have a CNC turning and machining department, welding department, assembly and testing department, inspection department, and engineering department. Their CNC turning and milling department allows them to produce high-quality parts at competitive prices. All welding is done by certified welders using TIG and brazing processes, and all products undergo critical first part, in-process, and final inspections.

Flight critical products are also 100 percent functionally tested. With over 35 years of experience, ACS Products has been supplying quality parts and accessories to the aircraft industry and beyond. They have product lines that include cable assemblies, custom products, machined products, and ignition switches.
