Embedded GPS/INS (EGI) with anti-jam

Honeywell’s Embedded Global Positioning System Inertial Navigation Systems (EGIs), in production since the mid-1990s, have reached over 60,000 units delivered. These systems combine high flexibility with stringent military and civil interoperability requirements, boasting a robust performance across navigation, pointing, stabilization, and flight control applications.

EGI Models and Applications:

H-764: Used in most military aircraft, maintaining commonality with legacy systems via a larger chassis.

FALCN: Offers the capabilities of the H-764 in a more compact package.

System Capabilities:

Self-contained Navigation: Provides linear/angular acceleration, velocity, position, attitude, azimuth, headings, altitude, body rates, time tags, and synchronized UTC time.

Interoperability and Certifications: Complies with civil certifications including DO-178 and DO-254, facilitating easier integration for ADS-B, RNP/RNAV, WAAS, and more.

Integration Options: Supports Radar Altimeter and Multi Mode Receiver, available with SAASM, SPS, MCODE, WAAS, and dGPS for 1m horizontal and 1.5m vertical accuracy.

Enhanced Features:

Interfaces: Includes Dual 1553, ARINC 429, RS-422, Dual/Quad Ethernet, and Synchro/Discrete (ARINC 704).

Advanced GPS Anti-Jam: Compatible with systems from Cobham DACU, IAI ADA, and Lockheed Martin GSTAR, enhancing reliability under jamming conditions.
