Who Is Eligible for This Program?
- For commercial airline pilots: A complete copy (all pages) of your valid ATPL/CPL and a current copy of your airline ID
- For flight instructors: A complete copy (all pages) of your valid ATPL/CPL/PPL indicating Flight Instructor (FI) rating and a copy of a recent logbook page (not older than 6 months).

How Can You Participate?
1) Verify Eligibility: Ensure you meet the program requirements.
2) Apply Online: Complete the application form on the Bose program page. Be sure to upload the necessary documentation:
- For airline pilots: A complete copy of your valid ATPL/CPL and a current airline ID.
- For flight instructors: A complete copy of your valid ATPL/CPL/PPL with FI rating and a recent logbook page (not older than 6 months).
3) Receive Confirmation: Bose will verify your information and contact you within 5 working days to confirm your eligibility for the appreciation program rebate.
4) Redeem Your Voucher: Once you receive the confirmation and voucher from Bose, fill out the form below to redeem your discounted headset.
